Please read all the terms and conditions to the relevant items. This information is for approximate delivery times on the items you wish to order. However we endeavour to try to get these items to you within the times stated we cannot be held responsible for late items if it is beyond our control. See below for approximate delivery times All purchases and hires are covered by Terms and Conditions. It is the sole responsiblity of the customer to read and understand these conditions once you order from us you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. Wedding dresses Prom dresses Shoes - If in stock will be shipped within 7 days if not in stock will be 2-3 weeks Petticoats - If in stock shipped in 7-10 days if not in stock approx 4-6 weeks Flowergirl & page boy - If in stock shipped in approx 7-10 day Wedding Favours- Decorated favours will be shipped within 10- 14 days Personalised favours will be approx 6-8 weeks Personnlised gifts - Approx 6 - 8 weeks Party product / additional accessories- If in stock shipped within 7-10 days if not in stock approx 4-5 weeks Any items that will be longer or discontiuned beyond our control, we will notify you via email or telephone If you require any rush orders and further information please email or telephone. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Ordering from this site means you accept these terms and conditions. STANDARD TERMS FOR ALL ITEMS INClUDING DRESSES These terms and conditions apply to sale both in store and online 1) Once you have chosen your dress please be sure you are ordering correct size for your shape, we advise you seek proffessional help with measuring, then use the size guide for the correct designer, seen on the size chart page. 2) Unless you choose to have your dress made to measure (by Lover range only) the garments come in the standard size as indicated by our designers (see chart) any alterations required are at the cost to yourself (the buyer) we can reccommend trusted dress makers local to us to carry out your alterations, we cannot be held responsible for any alterations that are not correct. Allure Bridalwear cannot be held responsible for any alterations or the cost that this will incur 3) Our made to measure dresses are ordered at the time of measuring you, or if you provide us with your measurements. We process the order with the information we are provided with. We cannot be held responsible for being given incorrect measurements. We cannot be held responsible for any weight loss or gain between time of ordering and when you recieve your dress. 4) Once your dess had been ordered, in store orders require 50% non refundable deposit and online orders have to be paid in full at time of your order. Orders CANNOT be cancelled or exchanged for alternative item,s as we will order your items exclusivley for you, we do not hold vast amounts of stock. 5) All our items are checked 3 times one after being made then again in QC before being shipped to us. We also check all the items/garments before shipping to you, therefore all items will be in the condition that they are intended for sale. 6) We do not offer refunds or exchanges on made to measure items that have been ordered incorrectly by yourselves 7) No items will be shipped or able to leave our store without being paid for in FULL, all items remain the property of Allure Bridalwear. 8) Any items paid for via cheque, please note these items cannot be taken or shipped to the customer until all funds are clear. 9) Any cancelled orders that have not been paid for in full will result in Allure Bridalwear retaining the deposit paid and also the goods. Allure Bridalwear own all items until they have been paid for in full by the customer. 10) Items with a deposit will have to have the balance paid in full and collected in store. Items that have been ordered online and paid for in full will be sent by courier. We will email you with information about your shipped items at the time they are sent. 11) Payment plans are not available for online orders 12) Suit hire is only available from in store. 13) Any dispute with received items must be made aware to Allure Bridalwear within 24 hours of receiving your goods. 14) Any accessories that are ordered we will endeavour to get the exact item you require. However from time to time our suppliers will offer an alternative item. If the required items are out of stock or discontinued, please let us know if you do not require the alternative option at the time of ordering. 15) We can not be held responsible for any images used on this site as we have been supplied these from our suppliers. 16) We cannot be held responsible for items that you may have ordered but have been discountiued from our suppliers. All items on this site are correct at time of updating. 17) Shoes are supplied to us with the UK standard sizes as indicated to us from our supplier, please be sure to check you are ordering the correct size. PROM DRESSES 1) We will endeavour not to sell the same colour and style of dress to the same school by asking each individual the school they attend and keeping a record of this.We cannot be held responsible for people who do not give us correct information. 2) Any 'Design your own dress' is the responsibilty of the customer. We cannot be held responsible if the customer changes their mind, or decides its not what they wanted. We cannot copy any dress exactly, but we can use a picture to help create your own design. Please be sure to provide us with as much information as possible about your design such as colour and material to be used. DESIGN YOUR OWN DRESS 1) Once you have chosen your design and have accepted the terms and conditions, you cannot cancel the order, we require full payment for the garment before we process the order. If you need to have any alterations done by a qualified dressmaker this will be at your own expense. Allure Bridalwear cannot be held responsible for any charges this will incur. 2) The dress and monies will remain the property of Allure Bridalwear until paid for in FULL. 3) If payment is via a cheque the goods will not be dispatched until the funds are cleared. We cannot copy any dress exactly, but we can use a picture to help create yuor own design. Please be sure to provide us with as much information as possible about your design such as colour and material to be used
